Corrections and Fact Checks
If you found a fee, network coverage or program detail that is outdated or incorrect, email corrections@fuelcardinfo.com with:
- The page URL where the issue appears
- The specific field or sentence that needs updating
- A link to a current public source (provider page, official document or government reference) that supports the correction

Provider Updates
If you represent a fuel card provider and want to notify us of program changes — updated fees, network changes, new IFTA reporting features — send documentation to the same address. We review documentation against existing profile fields and update accordingly. We cannot process marketing materials or press releases as sources for factual profile updates.
General Feedback
If a guide explanation is unclear, a glossary definition is missing or a calculator behaves unexpectedly, email corrections@fuelcardinfo.com with a description of the issue. We read all feedback and use it to prioritize content improvements.
What We Cannot Help With
- Recommending a specific fuel card for your situation — this depends on factors (routes, credit, fleet size, negotiated rates) we cannot evaluate
- Disputes with fuel card providers over billing, charges or account status — contact your provider directly
